Our Rules & Regulations
- The above rates include complimentary breakfast only for a couple.
- Children below 6-yrs stay is complimentary & child above 7yrs will be counted as Adult.
- Extra person or adult will be chargeable @Rs750 + Taxes.
- The Supplementary charges on special periods, December 24th & 31st and Season hikes are mandatory hotel policy.
- Our Check-inn timings are 12:00Noon and Check-out is 11:00am.
- The Rates are Valid till March 31- 2018.
- Taxes as applicable.
NB
- As per Kerala government rules the guest should carry any photo, addressed proof(Aadhar Card/Driving License/ Voter’s ID/Indian Registration Card, etc..) along with them. If the guest is non-resident Indian they must have the original Passport and Visa.
- Any kind of cultural activities/DJ etc. will be allowed only up to 10:30pm in our hall, with prior approval from our side. The sound should be within the limit so as to avoid any inconvenience to other residents.
